Definition

It is a type of oil extracted from roses and it has a rose smell, yet the smell is slight. Rose oil contains many fatty acids and it has many and varied benefits. It is good for the hair and the complexion. Rose oil is extracted from roses through distillation through evaporation and without ever using heat and this is the best way for its production.

Properties

Rose oil is not fatty and it has a weak texture and it doesn't leave a feeling of thickness on the skin, since the skin can breathe while it is covered with it, and it could be mixed with more than one oil.

Ingredients

Rose oil contains many antioxidants as well as citric and Malic acids. it also contains many minerals such as zinc and iron,and it also has varied vitamins such as the vitamins A,K,B,D and E.

Precautions

There are no registered cases of side or harmful effects resulting from the use of rose oil.
Rose oil doesn't pose a danger in case of pregnancy or breast feeding.

Dosage and Terms of Use

For the skin: For general care, apply an appropriate amount of oil and then paint in a circular motion once or twice daily to obtain fresh skin.
(A recipe to lighten skin tone and get rid of dark spots. Mix a spoonful of fennel, a spoonful of oats, half a spoonful of rose oil, and half a spoonful of bee honey.
These ingredients are mixed and then placed on the skin for 30 minutes, then washed with warm water and repeated two to three times a week.)
