How we use it
- To process and confirm your orders and contact you about them.
- To deliver your order through our courier partners, who receive only your name, mobile and address.
- To sign you in with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your mobile or e-mail - no password needed.
- For Glow points, rewards, customer service and returns.
- Marketing messages and offers are sent only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.
Payments
You pay cash on delivery or by InstaPay. We never store card details on our servers.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for the bag and sign-in, and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok to understand how the site and our ads perform. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Security and retention
Your data is stored on secured servers and only the team members who need it can access it. Order records are kept for as long as the law and accounting require, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Send your request on WhatsApp (the number at the bottom of every page and on the Contact page) or through the Contact page and we will get back to you promptly.
