Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Unopened products in their original condition and packaging.
- Products that arrived damaged or broken.
- A wrong item or a size other than the one you ordered.
What cannot be returned
For your safety and other customers', opened or used products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.
How to request a return
- Open the "Request a return" page and enter your order number and the mobile you ordered with (or sign in to your account).
- Choose the items, quantities and the reason; please add photos if an item is damaged or wrong.
- Our team reviews the request and contacts you on WhatsApp within two working days to arrange the pick-up.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 7 working days by InstaPay or mobile wallet, or send the replacement.
Shipping costs
If an item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the return shipping in full. Otherwise the shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
